Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Entry level CNC Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in our CNC area, forming products, operating milling equipment, and supporting your team lead through effective communication and documentation.

We create solutions that enable our customers to reach new milestones. As experts in delivering high-precision quartz products, we serve the semiconductor, solar, fiber optics, aerospace, defense, and other high-tech industries

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn and Grow: Complete our CNC Machinist training program to enhance your skills.
  • Operate with Precision: Manage multiple machines and perform quality checks using various measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
  • Ensure Excellence: Conduct daily machine inspections, maintain coolant levels, and read blueprints to ensure parts are machined to the correct size.
  • Stay Organized: Track machine time, maintain part counts efficiently, and complete scrap tags and part cards daily.
  • Keep It Clean: Perform daily 5S (cleaning cell) to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Be Versatile: Take on other duties as assigned to support your team.

What You Bring:

  • Solid work history
  • Education: A GED or High School Diploma is required. Manufacturing experience is a plus!
  • Abilities: The ability to work in Manufacturing, Controls and Instrumentation, Equipment Maintenance, and Mechanical Inspection Tools. Working in a professional environment is essential.
  • Skills: We’re looking for someone with strong decision-making, problem-solving, judgment, job knowledge, computer skills, basic math, communication, and multi-tasking abilities. Preferred skills include safety management, blueprint reading, and tooling
