Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full-time)
Pay Rate: $13.00 – $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (rotating 2-2-3)

  • Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM (rotating 2-2-3)
    Temp-to-hire within 6 months

Machine Operators are responsible for running and monitoring production equipment to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and monitor production processes

  • Perform routine quality checks and record results

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow company policies and all safety procedures

Job Requirements

  • Steel-toe shoes required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen

  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts

  • Reliable and safety-focused mindset

This is a safety-sensitive position under Arkansas state guidelines.
