Machine Operator
Are you hands-on, dependable, and ready to learn? We’re hiring a Machine Operator (Utility Role) for our 2nd Shift Lamination Department! This unique position will be cross-trained on all three operator roles for our large laminator, providing variety and valuable skills on the production floor.

What You’ll Do:
• Learn and operate multiple machine stations within our lamination process
• Support team workflow by filling in where needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
Training Schedule:
• Initial Training: 1st Shift (flexible daytime hours) for the first few weeks
• Regular Shift: 2nd Shift (3:15 PM – 11:15 PM), Monday–Friday
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained across roles
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
