Join Our Team as a Flex Operator!

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where your skills as a machine operator can shine? We’re looking for a Flex Operator to join our fun and fast-paced team in Kernersville, NC! We want to hear from you if you have 2-3 years of experience and a passion for quality!

What’s in it for you?
  • Pay: $19.25/hr
  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM
  • Training: 3-4 months on the day shift to get you up to speed 6 AM to 6 PM

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Work safely and efficiently at all times.
  • Load rolls for coating and lamination.
  • Set up machines according to process specifications and keep hot cans clean.
  • Document any issues with fabric quality.
  • Maintain accurate records with computer transactions.
  • Keep your workspace tidy and organized.
  • Inspect fabric for quality and report any defects.
  • Get cross-trained in other areas to keep things interesting!

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in machine operation (2-3 years required, lamination experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality.
