Are you ready to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology in the textile industry? BelFlex Staffing Network is looking for a Machine Operator to produce high-quality products efficiently.

Shifts Available:
12-hour shifts (Days: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Nights: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am); training on 1st shift for a couple of weeks.  

Pay: $19.25/hour. 

Responsibilities:
•    Load rolls and sew or thermal splice seams.  
•    Maintain order documentation and enter data into the BPCS system.  
•    Adjust settings using BPCS and monitoring systems to ensure quality.  
•    Inspect fabric for defects and report issues.  
•    Fill out production reports and package rolls according to specs.

Requirements:
•    1 year in Manufacturing/Production (1-2 years in lamination preferred).  
•    Strong mechanical skills and good attendance record.  
•    Team player and self-motivated.
