Job Title: Loan Specialist
Location: Little Rock, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday 
Job Type: Fulltime/Temp

Position Overview:
BelFlex Staffing Network is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Loan Specialist to join a reputable company in Little Rock. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a background in financial services or collections. You’ll play a key role in assisting customers with resolving delinquent accounts and preventing losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze delinquent accounts for potential loss mitigation solutions

  • Contact customers to discuss payment options and resolve account issues

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Collaborate with internal departments to process account modifications

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in loss mitigation, collections, loans, or a financial institution

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
