Join and grow with us! Great career opportunity for an experienced Lab Technician in the Clarksdale, MS area. 

 

Lab Technician duties and responsibilities would include identifying the different types of stock used, cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating as scheduled or appropriate: Rheometer, Mooney Rheometer, Various tensile testers, lab mill, and other types of lab equipment. Performs Mooney and other crosschecks on materials. 

 

Requirements :

Lifting/carrying products weighing up to 10 pounds repeatedly over a 12-hour work period.

Walking or standing most of the time during your 12-hour shift may also include stooping, bending, and squatting.

Occasional odor or dirt—walks through the factory to pick up samples for testing.

Operating lab testing equipment efficiently and safely.

Keep daily records of test errors.

 

Shift: 1st shift, 7 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday and some overtime when needed

 

Pay: $17.00 per hour
