Great Opportunity for Inwall Operators in Blue Ash, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00
Hours: Monday-Thursday  2:30pm-1am
Steal Toe shoes Required
Attention to Detail
Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs

Job Duties
 
  • Craft, Fabricate, Custom Build Plexiglas screens including cutting, sanding, and buffing parts according to customer specifications.
  • Assemble frame screens according to customer specifications.
  • Cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion per drawings, customer requirements and SOP’s.
  • Closely monitor all tolerances to ensure proper fit with other components such as mirrors and screens.
  • Record production data and properly fill out all associated paperwork per customer requirements and department SOP’s.
  • Perform quality inspection for all stages of assembly process and notify Team Lead or Plant Manager of any concerns.
  • Follow testing procedures to validate parts.
  • Mix chemicals, apply coatings, operate saws, build shipping crates, and support other manufacturing areas as required.
  • Complete the clean-up responsibilities and maintain the workstation according to 7S procedures.
  • Support Legrand core values.
  • Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations.
