Location: Maumelle, AR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $65,000 per year

BelFlex has partnered with a reputable company in Maumelle, AR, to find a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Control Specialist. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company and customer standards. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory control, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor the piece pick line to ensure no hold or restricted products are placed in bins.

  • Run and update the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) report with accurate dates.

  • Track and manage open Transfer Orders (TOs) for inbound, outbound, and plant production.

  • Complete daily adjustments to plant production fixer pallets and monitor non-existent (DNE) pallets.

  • Ensure proper organization of temporary and overflow bins to prevent misplaced products.

  • Process warehouse scrap and remove scrapped outbound shipment products from the system.

  • Complete 303/305 transactions in SAP for over/short inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Process credit adjustments for customer shipments as directed by corporate.

  • Coordinate and track product destruction requests in compliance with customer guidelines.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy of 99.95% or higher through quarterly and annual inventory document processing.

  • Conduct cycle counts and SAP transactions for co-manufactured product corrections.

  • Audit and verify quality hold product daily to ensure proper tracking and signage.

  • Track and release international shipment holds while coordinating with the plant for additional testing.

  • Maintain detailed quality and international databases for tracking product holds.

  • Conduct general warehouse audits and enter findings into the Inventory Management System (IMS).

  • Manage storage trailers and maintain an organized schedule for the plant and warehouse.

  • Ensure SAP system accuracy throughout the shipping and receiving process.

  • Perform mock recalls at least twice per year.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in Inventory Control.

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and general computer/tablet use.
