Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure shipments are accurate before they are sent to customers.
- Assist with managing and organizing customer inventory areas, ensuring products are stocked in the correct locations.
- Track customer orders from pick-up at the warehouse to delivery and setup at the customer’s location.
- Take and process orders directly from customers, relaying the information to the appropriate team members.
- Recommend adjustments to customer inventory levels based on usage patterns.
- Ensure barcode labels are accurate and legible, and notify management when new labels are needed.
- Scan barcodes at customer locations to generate new orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, including reorder points and minimum quantities, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist with annual inventory counts for consigned materials.
- Provide information and respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and managers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards (a method for workplace organization: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and take on tasks that may require some routine work.
- Ability to work independently but also follow instructions when needed.
- Capable of understanding and following written, oral, or visual instructions.
- Proven ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Willingness to learn about the products and represent the company professionally.
