We are seeking a skilled and proactive Internal Communications Specialist to join our Communications team for a temporary position. This role will be responsible for supporting and executing effective internal communications strategies within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience in internal communications, writing and editing, project management, and proficiency with relevant software tools to help us maintain consistent, engaging communication across internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and edit internal communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
- Internal Communications Strategy: Support the execution of communication plans aimed at engaging employees and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Multimedia Production: Produce basic graphic design and video content using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, PlayPlay, and Adobe Premiere.
- Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in internal communications, with a strong understanding of best practices and competencies.
- Writing & Editing: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for various internal audiences.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with internal communications platforms and email design and tracking software, particularly Igloo Software, Staffbase, and Workshop.
- Design & Video Skills: Proficiency in basic graphic design and video production using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, PlayPlay, and Adobe Premiere.
