Job Description:
BelFlex has partnered with a reputable bank in Conway, AR, to find a Temporary HR Representative to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and compliance documentation.

Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and managing job postings.

Handle employee inquiries and assist with benefits, payroll, and policy-related questions.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR procedures align with company policies and legal requirements.

Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in human resources, administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with employee onboarding and E-Verify is a major plus.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
