Location: Clayton, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite Only)
Compensation: $24/hr

We are a rapidly growing, dynamic company seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and staffing, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Manage employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  • Administer employee benefits, including PTO and continuing education programs.

  • Develop and maintain employee retention strategies, including performance reviews.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as events, recognition, and gifting programs.

  • Foster a positive work culture by maintaining high employee morale and office environment standards.

  • Oversee employee merchandise and gifting processes.

  • Establish and maintain an accurate organizational chart and workflows.

  • Create, implement, and update policies and procedures in alignment with executive leadership.

  • Maintain organized and compliant employee files and documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to all state and federal employment regulations, including E-Verify compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role (non-negotiable).

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive situations and conduct difficult conversations professionally.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.

  • Personable, approachable, and relatable, while maintaining appropriate professionalism.

  • High level of business ethics, integrity, and discretion.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Professional and neat appearance.
