HR Generalist
Location: Clayton, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite Only)
Compensation: $24/hr

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting and staffing, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

Manage employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Administer employee benefits, including PTO and continuing education programs.

Develop and maintain employee retention strategies, including performance reviews.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as events, recognition, and gifting programs.

Foster a positive work culture by maintaining high employee morale and office environment standards.

Oversee employee merchandise and gifting processes.

Establish and maintain an accurate organizational chart and workflows.

Create, implement, and update policies and procedures in alignment with executive leadership.

Maintain organized and compliant employee files and documentation.

Ensure adherence to all state and federal employment regulations, including E-Verify compliance.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role (non-negotiable).

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.

Proven ability to manage sensitive situations and conduct difficult conversations professionally.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.

Personable, approachable, and relatable, while maintaining appropriate professionalism.
