Location: Morrilton, AR
Pay: $14 – $15 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and interpret shipping desk orders

• Verify paperwork for accuracy and quality

• Address issues such as misprints, incorrect quantities, or closed cartons

• Match items in storage by lot and item numbers

• Pull and double-check items per order forms

• Inspect products for damage, dust, or defects

• Report substandard items to the floor supervisor

• Operate forklifts or related equipment to move items

• Pack, wrap, and label items according to instructions

• Mark fragile items and attach shipping details

• Remove outdated stickers and dispose of them properly

• Load boxed items onto trucks or vans securely

• Maintain conveyor belts through cleaning and oiling

• Complete order reports and update delivery information in the system

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred

• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments

• Able to stand and stay active for extended periods

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
