Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Morrilton, AR
Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

BelFlex Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate in Morrilton, AR! We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual with warehouse experience to handle both inbound and outbound shipments. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering consistent hours, a supportive work environment, and potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments

  • Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments per company guidelines

  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

  • Communicate with warehouse and office teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus
