Fulfillment Center Lead – 2nd Shift

Location: Groveport, Ohio
Pay Rate: $19.90/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

The Role

The Fulfillment Center Lead oversees daily operations across wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting areas. This role sets the pace for the team, ensures compliance with all SOPs, and drives both performance and accuracy. The Lead trains, supervises, and motivates team members while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting per Jazz and client SOPs

• Ensure accurate put-away of products into reserve and drop zone locations

• Oversee replenishment of active locations based on system-generated tasks

• Manage kitting operations including re-labeling, re-working, and product assembly

• Monitor and ensure timely processing of returns per client requirements

• Arrive before shift start to prepare workload distribution

• Train and guide team members in shipping and receiving functions

• Ensure adherence to scheduled breaks, lunches, and timeclock procedures

• Support supervisor in achieving team productivity and quality goals

• Enforce company policies, safety standards, sanitation, and ethical guidelines

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years experience in warehouse or distribution operations

• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory warehouse role

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and standard operating procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Experience in kitting or product rework operations

• Familiarity with Cart.com systems and workflows

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching

• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

• Ability to maintain focus for extended periods

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Exposure to warehouse machinery and variable temperatures
