$23-$30 Compensation is based on experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Will drive a company-provided vehicle.
- Operate vehicle in compliance with all DOT standards and regulations.
- Load and Unload goods and freight following all safety procedures.
- Servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water treatment equipment.
- Transport goods to various customer locations based on schedule with flexibility to modify schedule as needed to meet customer demands.
- Count and verify the condition of goods being delivered and brought back from customer locations.
- Ensure goods are properly secured during transportation.
- Travel and overnight stays may be required at times when assisting with service tech work with advance 2-3 days' notice.
- Weekend on-call rotation duty required.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED preferred, or relevant experience with a stable work history.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
Must be able to obtain a DOT Card.
Plumbing (preferred), Electrical (preferred), Water Treatment (not required, preferred)
3+ years Field Service, Maintenance Technician, or Equipment Installation experience
Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
Basic proficiency with tools and handheld mechanical devices.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds.
Skills
Ability to verbally interact with manager, peers, and customers.
Ability to service, diagnose, repair, and install goods and equipment as needed.
Understanding of basic mechanical tools, plumbing, water valves and electrical a plus.
Ability to operate a forklift.
