Pay: $22  an hour 
Shift: Monday-Friday (8-5pm)



Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating system or ERP software implementation, tier 1 IT support, and a strong grasp of business processes such as accounting, purchasing, invoicing, and shipping. Experience with Global Shop Solutions is highly preferred.

This role requires critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support end users effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system, with an emphasis on data integrity, system performance, and user support.

  • Provide tier 1 support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues across departments.

  • Assist in the implementation and upgrades of ERP and other operating systems.

  • Analyze and improve existing business processes and workflows across departments (e.g., accounting, purchasing, invoicing, shipping).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process guides.

  • Generate reports and conduct data analysis using advanced Excel and/or relational databases.

  • Identify system inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.

  • Support end-user training and serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related issues.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in ERP administration or ERP software implementation (Global Shop experience is a plus).

  • Experience with supply chain systems or processes across multiple business functions.

  • Familiarity with operating system rollouts and general IT helpdesk support.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or experience with relational databases (e.g., Access, SQL).

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach.

  • Proven ability to document, disseminate, and articulate technical and procedural information clearly.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating SOPs or training materials.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments.

  • Knowledge of system integration and ERP customization best practices.
