Job Description:
- Proficient computer skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities, problem solving, probing and follow-up skills.
- Must have basic mechanical and technical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external consumers.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Track record of achieving metrics/KPIs
- Strong phone soft skills, verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. * Acumatica experience preferred.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Frequently seek and attend trainings to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Education and/or Experience:
- 4-year college degree preferred or
- 5 years Customer Service Experience (Phone Skills, Call Center) preferred.
