- Collaborating with others: CSRs may work with other team members to improve customer service.
- Identifying opportunities: CSRs may look for opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services.
- Passing on feedback: CSRs may pass customer feedback to the product or sales team.
CSRs should have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask. They should also be able to work well with others and foster a supportive work environment.
