Job Title: Certified Welder (2 Positions Available)
Location: Miamisburg OH
Employment Type: Temp- to -hire

Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced and certified welders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical welding skills, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required by the project

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

• Inspect and ensure welds meet specifications and safety standards

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition

• Follow all company and job site safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid welding certification (AWS or equivalent)

• Proven experience in industrial or structural welding

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors, confined spaces, heights)

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Additional certifications (e.g., pipe welding, overhead welding)

• Forklift or heavy equipment operation experience

• OSHA 10/30 certification
