We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Production Laborer to join our team. This hands-on role involves working with wet concrete to produce custom fire pits, wall panels, furniture, mantels, and decorative pieces. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision-made products.

Location: Miamisburg, Ohio
Schedule: 7:30-4:30pm
Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hand-pack wet concrete into a variety of molds including fire pits, wall panels, furniture, and décor
  • Disassemble, clean, and accurately reassemble concrete molds and containers
  • Sand and router finished concrete products to required specifications
  • Perform general warehouse and shop-related duties as needed

Requirements:
High school diploma (GED)
Ability to lift and carry 20–40 kg (44–88 lbs.)
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Steel-toed safety shoes required
