BelFlex is hiring CNC Operators for a Dayton manufacturer of medical equipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with limited experience to learn additional work skills and grow with a company that offers great internal opportunities.

Pay Rate: $16.50/HR with 10% shift differential 

Hiring for all shifts!

Job Duties:
Job duties include performing CNC machine operations such as making offsets and adjustments, changing tools and troubleshooting alarms to manufacture components for surgical tools and instruments. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of CNC machines and familiarity with inspection equipment, such as micrometers and calipers. 

Job Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
  • Basic skills to speak, read, write in English.
  • Ability to stand, move, bend, stoop for long periods of time with the ability to lift and carry items as needed with or without assistance.
  • Pass drug test and meet background requirements.
