Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Interact efficiently with Adobe Acrobat daily
Ability to learn and understand equipment hierarchy
Ability to learn and understand process flow
Accurately collect data from various sources and input them into an Excel Template
Create and complete copies of Excel Templates for different locations and equipment?
Accurately retrieve data from digital and physical manuals following an Excel Template
Ability to collaborate with various personnel groups for data collection
Accurately retrieve data from equipment name plates following a template
Ability to learn and understand equipment parts and terminology
Attention to detail is a MUST!!
Overall, this is a clerical position, there will be a lot of data entry, however this individual must be willing to put forth effort in retrieve information and asking for clarification if needed.
