$18-$21 depending on experience
Prior mixing/batching/compounding experience required. This could be chemical mixing or food mixing.
Job Function:
- Running batches of ink based on the batch ticket provided while adhering to company processes and procedures independently after training.
- Packaging finished product in various containers and labeling containers
- Pulls, Measures, weighs, and blends product to batch ticket specifications (water, solvent, UV/EB, or oil based).
- Packages finished product, ensuring that all information on the batch ticket is completed to customer specifications.
- Processes and completes documentation accurately by recording information on batch tickets, labeling containers, packaging inks and inspecting customer products per requirements.
- Communicate with management when discrepancies come up.
- Following safety and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Attention to detail and willingness to problem solve.
- Able to work independently once fully trained.
- Always Maintains adherence to “The Kao Way” standards.
- Inventory control activities.
Must be able to be forklift trained.
