Chemical Mixer – Direct Hire Opportunity (2nd Shift)

High Point, NC | 2nd Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM (Monday – Friday) | **$22–$23/hour**

We’re seeking a Chemical Mixer/Operator with 2–3 years of recent experience to join a growing team in a well-established, reputable facility. This is a direct hire position, meaning you’ll be hired on directly with our client from day one!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Safely operate chemical mixing equipment to produce high-quality batches
  • Read and follow formulas and process instructions accurately
  • Monitor and adjust mixing conditions (temperatures, speeds, etc.)
  • Maintain detailed production and safety records
  • Work closely with a supportive production team to meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years of recent experience as a Chemical Mixer or Operator
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
