Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing Data Intelligence team within a leading solutions provider in the telecommunications industry. This role will focus on developing and maintaining business intelligence tools, creating meaningful reporting, and analyzing company data to support strategic initiatives across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with advanced technical skills, strong business acumen, and proven experience working with Salesforce reporting, SQL, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and distribute reports and analysis tools across departments, including sales, operations, procurement, accounting, and logistics.

• Administer and enhance Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and other BI platforms.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, from gathering requirements through testing and delivery.

• Partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to provide actionable insights.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical or BI-focused role.

• Strong SQL development experience, including queries and stored procedures.

• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts/graphs).

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Experience with SSRS or similar reporting tools.

• Familiarity with QuickBase, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or warehouse management systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and recurring data audits to ensure accuracy and process improvements.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Salesforce, and QuickBase.

• Automate recurring reports and manage subscriptions using Microsoft SSRS.

• Provide training and support to business analysts and end-users regarding Excel, SQL, and reporting best practices.

• Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing enhancements to systems and reporting.
