Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp
Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview:
BelFlex Staffing Network is now hiring a Bank Teller for a reputable financial institution in College Station, AR. We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented candidates with excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry and grow with a respected team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions

  • Balance cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift

  • Provide information about bank products and services

  • Maintain security and compliance standards

  • Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous cash handling or teller experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Business dress code required
