BelFlex Staffing is partnered with manufacturing company who is seeking an Automation Electrical Tech for fulltime employment.

Mon-Fri 7a-4p Overtime as needed
Pay  $28 

Job Summary

Directly manage and coordinate the activities of wiring, installation, and repairs. Traveling is required to support onsite customers (locally, domestically, Canada, and Mexico)

Basic Skills

· Good communication skills (internally and externally)

Technical Skills- must have

  • Hand and power tools for automation control wiring works
  • Cable harness assembly involving soldering
  • PLC / HMI / Servo control panels fabrication including enclosure build / control components mount / wiring / testing
  • Hands-on wiring works
  • Wiring systems and control concept for robot cell/line
  • Hard design troubleshooting for robot cell/line

Systems Skills

  • Auto Cad LT or other Cad systems
  • Microsoft office suites/Teams

Work Context

· Hands on wiring work alongside with wiring technicians

· Correct hard wiring errors and network errors with electrical schematics.

· Correct wiring errors with input and output status using PLC program monitor on laptop or HMI screen status.

· Communicate with control engineers and project manager for pending wiring issues.

· Check and countermeasure any safety violations by wiring technicians.

· Review general wiring schedule and set daily goal for progress.

· Check all wiring material and control components are available prior to the wiring works.

· Adjust daily goal for wiring progress if insufficient man-labor / project schedule changes are occurred.

· Identifying countermeasure on delay and staying on schedule

· Communicate with department manager/project manager for wiring progress.

· Be able to perform wiring works and supervision at customer’s facility.

· Set up efficient wiring plan step by step.

· Provide wiring instructions to wiring technicians and subcontractors in a timely fashion.

· Find and countermeasure any issues before wiring jobs.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma – or the equivalent (for example, GED)
