? Now Hiring: Electrician – $18.00–$24.00/hr | Grove City, OH

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime as needed

BelFlex Staffing Network is hiring a skilled Electrician for a leading manufacturing facility in Grove City, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals with a background in automotive or 12V/110V electrical systems.

? Pay:

  • $18.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)

  • Weekly Pay + Unlimited Referral Bonuses

? A Day in the Life of an Electrician:

  • Assemble under-dash harnesses, circuit boards, switch panels, and electrical components

  • Program lights and systems per engineering specs

  • Troubleshoot and repair 12V DC and 110V AC circuits

  • Perform functionality checks on airhorns, sirens, door locks, light packages, and more

  • Test components and systems to ensure performance and quality

  • Read and follow detailed specs to ensure each truck is built to exact standards

  • Identify and fix quality issues in electrical systems

? What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Preferred: 1–2 years of automotive electrical experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and layouts

  • Understanding of 12V DC and 110V AC systems

  • Skilled with hand and power tools (drills, screw guns, etc.)

  • Ability to use a tape measure accurately

  • Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check

? Required PPE:

  • Steel toe boots (candidate must provide)

  • Client-provided PPE:

  • Safety glasses

  • Earplugs

  • Knee pads

  • Gloves

? Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, climbing

  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. regularly

  • Work with arms overhead

  • Work in non-temperature-controlled environments

  • Operate and understand all required safety equipment
