NOW HIRING: Cable Assembly Technician – $18-$20/hr | Greensboro, NC

Join a company that values your skills and rewards your hard work! BelFlex Staffing is looking for a Cable Assembly Technician to join our team in Greensboro, NC. If you have experience with hand tools, soldering, and reading blueprints, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-hour shift | 7:00 AM start time
Hiring Process: Resume & Interview required

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building and assembling cable assemblies
  • Reviewing build packages & customer drawings
  • Ensuring correct components & pinouts are used
  • Cutting, stripping, crimping, and assembling cables
  • Performing end-of-line testing for quality assurance
  • Packaging finished cable assemblies
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and calipers
  • Soldering experience (PCBs & wires) a plus!
  • Basic electrical knowledge is helpful
  • MS Office & Excel proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings
