Apartment Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
Location: Dayton, Ohio

BelFlex Staffing Network is currently seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our residential properties. If you possess basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping skills, we encourage you to apply.

Job Overview:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Repairing or replacing electrical sockets.
  • Repairing or replacing faucets and handles.
  • Addressing minor leaks.
  • Repairing walls, flooring, and doors.
  • Performing basic landscaping tasks.
  • Completing other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Possess basic carpentry, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical skills.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Be available to respond to maintenance emergencies.
  • Be willing to work overtime as needed.
