- Mon – Thurs, 7:30am – 4pm, Friday 7:30am – Noon (36.5 hrs)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 10 key and data entry
- Accounts Payable
- Timecard entry
- Audit and close work orders and post invoices.
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate.
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain office, cleaning, and breakroom supplies by checking/stocking.
- Creation of weekly bar code labels
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
- Sending, receiving, and distributing mail and packages (UPS).
- Greeting guests and visitors and maintaining a guest log
- Filing maintenance of documents
- Travel, logistical support for necessary production support.
- Abide by all company policies and directions regarding work hours.
- Be able to work overtime as necessary by Company Management
- Must maintain good attendance record as stated in Employee Handbook
- Maintain positive attitude and offers suggestions.
- Provide overflow and absent backup assistance.
- Monthly scrap reports
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Production and Materials Coordinator.
