Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate data for processing of payroll and employee benefits
-Assist with data entry and auditing of financial information in accounting system
-Includes but not limited to, merchant services reconciliations, general ledger updates and journal entries
-Download and reconcile ecommerce platform and website activity
-Manage A/P and assist paying bills
-Ensures company credit cards are paid and reconciled
-Helps send client invoices and A/R communications
-Assist with processing of Electronic Data Interchange items
Includes: Functional Acknowledgments, Advanced Shipping Notices, Order Importing/Exporting, Data accuracy maintenance
Assists with forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management with internal partners
-Assist with inventory system processes (i.e., audit data accuracy, customer details, sales order entry)
-Routinely performs financial data downloads from ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
-Compile reports for Sales, Inventory, A/P, A/R
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
-5 years Quickbooks Experience
-Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, especially excel
-AR/AP experience required
-Payroll management
-Highly organized
-Self Starter
-Ability to work in small business environment
