Direct Hire Position.
MIG Welder
$21-$23

Will be installing FXD rail mounted liftgates, tuck under gates and our signature “Leyvador” Liftgates on Semi Trailers. The candidate that fills these positions will also be performing some bench welding of subassemblies when liftgate installation orders are not outstanding. Salary for this skilled position is negotiable depending on the applicant’s skills, experience and results of his/her weld test.

Job Requirements
  • MIG Welding w/steel fabrication experience
  • Ability to read & follow blueprints
  • Ability to cut steel w/torch & use Angle Grinders
  • Willingness to follow safe work practices
  • Willingness/physical ability to work on semi trailers.
  • Willingness to learn on the job and take direction
Pluses
  • Prior experience installing truck & trailer accessories or having prior auto body experience are HUGE pluses for this position
  • Ability to operate a forklift and become PIT certified
  • Abilty to MIG weld Aluminum- HUGE Plus!
  • Military experience
