As Vice President of Risk & Compliance, I work closely with all departments managing insurance & mitigating risk to protect stakeholders’ assets. Experience in benefits, compensation administration, cost reduction, records management, compliance, employee recruitment and retention, training and staff development, conflict resolution, researching new and existing laws, regulations and policies that affect business practice and risks for the company.
