BelFlex Selects Andrew Deutsch to Lead Company as COO
Deutsch brings 25+ years in light industrial staffing experience
Cincinnati, OH, August 8, 2017 – BelFlex Staffing Network (BelFlex), a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial sector, has chosen Andrew Deutsch as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Deutsch will be working closely with CEO Mike McCaw to set and drive strategic initiatives to grow the company in both new and existing markets. He will focus on expanding the company’s geographic reach and service offerings across the Midwest and Southeast. Deutsch will also be instrumental in driving BelFlex’s corporate culture of Succeeding Together, the company’s distinctive mission of creating success for its employees, clients, and communities.
Deutsch has worked in the staffing industry for more than 25 years, with responsibilities in the light industrial and clerical staffing verticals, safety and risk management, and managing a network of professional branch operations, covering the engineering, IT, technical, and accounting/finance staffing disciplines. He lived in Cleveland for 37 years before making the move to Cincinnati. He most recently served as executive vice president at Nesco Resource.
