BelFlex Promotes Jay Clawson to Vice President of Operations
With promotion Clawson joins the company’s executive team
Cincinnati, OH – September 25, 2019 – BelFlex Staffing Network (BelFlex), a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial sector, has promoted Jay Clawson from Director of Operations, a position he has held since January 2018, to Vice President of Operations. With this promotion Clawson becomes part of the BelFlex executive team. He’ll continue to report to Chief Operating Officer Robert Baer.
“Jay was hand-picked by BelFlex in 2012 when the company was going through a significant transition and the leadership team felt his skills would be of great value. Over the years, Jay has proven that to be true and shown himself to be willing to tackle any challenge that faces him,” said Baer. “This has been especially evident over the past year as Jay has been given even more responsibility, most notably helping lead BelFlex through the implementation and integration of four acquisitions.”
As Vice President of Operations, Clawson will continue to help streamline operations, manage the support center, oversee all marketing activities and support BelFlex’s community service initiatives. Moving forward, he’ll also concentrate on executing the company’s growth strategy as BelFlex moves into new markets and services, and spearheading new technology initiatives to increase efficiency and further improve the recruiting process.
