BelFlex has an excellent opportunity for Production Operators that makes small electrical parts for the medical, aerospace and defense industry. Located in Vandalia and easy to get to from interstate. Positions are full time, Temp to Hire, starting at $17.50 based on shift. Company is working overtime right now due to customer demands for products they make

Responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Perform pre-assembly operations
  • Assemble parts
  • Consult process specifications, routers, and drawings for instructions
  • Cut leads and wrapping tape
  • Set-up and run lead cutting machine
Requirements:
  • • 0–4 years of experience in product assembly or demonstrated proficiency at the U level in at least 1 job function
  • Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity
  • Basic math skills and ruler measurements
  • Interpret drawings and process specifications
  • Work independently and stay focused
  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Compliant
  • Ability to work with small parts that are under 1.5 inches in diameter
  • Excellent manual dexterity: Ability to handle small parts, tools, and machinery with precision and care
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day
  • Prioritize own work
  • Complete and document inspections
  • Good communication skills at all levels
