Job Title: General Labor / Yardman
Location: Garner, NC
Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:30pm, Saturday 6:00am–12:00pm (with possible 2nd shift opportunity: 4:00pm–2:00am)

Company Overview:
BelFlex Staffing is currently hiring motivated individuals for a General Labor/Yardman position with a well-established scrap yard in Garner, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values hard work, offers a hands-on environment, and provides opportunities for growth and promotion from within.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform heavy manual labor in an outdoor scrap yard environment

  • Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

  • Safely lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

  • Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing scrap materials and equipment

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by following company safety procedures

  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed (training provided)

  • Support yard operations and team members with general labor tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments

  • Must be comfortable working in a labor-intensive and dirty environment

  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds safely and effectively

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required

  • Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or yard work preferred but not required
