Position: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Maumelle, AR
Pay: $25–$35/hour BOE
Shifts: Day (6 AM–6 PM) | Night (6 PM–6 AM)

BelFlex has partnered with a top company in Maumelle seeking skilled Maintenance Electricians. This multi-craft role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment

  • Work with PLCs, Servo & Frequency drives

  • Perform preventative/predictive maintenance

  • Support plant safety, quality, and production goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electricity & control systems

  • Ability to read schematics/blueprints

  • High school diploma required (technical degree preferred)

  • Must pass background & drug screen
