• Prioritize Safety: Read and understand the Safety Playbook, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your teammates.

• Quality Commitment: Perform duties with an emphasis on quality—doing it right, doing it well.

• Risk Management: Identify and remove potential risks in the workplace to ensure safety for all.

• Accurate Reporting: Report any safety concerns, accidents, product issues, or near misses accurately and according to company processes.

• Follow Standards: Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and Crescent company standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
