? Now Hiring: Truck Unloader – $15/hr | Etna, OH

1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay

BelFlex Staffing Network is currently seeking motivated individuals for a Truck Unloader position in Etna, OH. This hands-on role involves unloading goods from delivery trucks, handling materials safely, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. ? Pay Rate:

  • $15.00 per hour

  • Weekly pay + Unlimited referral bonuses

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Unloading & Material Handling:
    Safely unload various types of goods, products, and materials from trucks and other vehicles.

  • Equipment Operation:
    Operate manual or powered equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move and transport items.

  • Inventory & Documentation:
    Inspect incoming shipments, check for accuracy against delivery paperwork, and report any damaged or missing items to supervisors.

  • Organization & Storage:
    Organize and stack goods in designated racks, shelves, or bins according to company procedures and product codes.

  • Workplace Maintenance:
    Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

  • Teamwork & Communication:
    Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and operations.

? Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Physical Fitness:
    Ability to lift and handle heavy objects and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

  • Attention to Detail:
    Essential for checking deliveries, preventing damage, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Teamwork:
    Strong collaboration skills in a warehouse setting.

  • Time Management:
    Ability to stay productive and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
