? Experienced Welder Needed – $20+/hr | Grove City, OH

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime on Fridays

BelFlex Staffing Network is urgently hiring a skilled Welder for a top client in Grove City, OH (Mcdowell location). This is a temp-to-hire position offering great pay, consistent hours, and long-term potential.

? Pay:

  • Starting at $20.00/hr and up, based on experience

  • Weekly Pay + Unlimited Referral Bonuses

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding procedures in all positions

  • Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel

  • Set up and maintain welding machines (including tips, liners, etc.)

  • Inspect welds for quality: cracks, burn-throughs, and spatter

  • Grind, clean, and prep parts as needed

  • Follow production schedules and prioritize work accordingly

  • Ensure safe handling and proper disposal of hazardous waste

  • Keep equipment and workspace clean and organized

  • Adhere to all safety and fire prevention protocols

? Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)

  • Proficient in MIG and TIG welding

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Familiar with shop math and use of measuring tools

  • Knowledge of grinders, saws, rivet guns, and other hand tools

  • Must pass and maintain in-house AWS Welder Certification

  • Understanding of OSHA and EPA standards

  • Must pass a 10-panel drug test and background check

  • Steel toe boots (must bring your own)

  • Client-provided PPE includes:

    • Safety glasses
