? Now Hiring: Chassis Technician – $19+/hr | Grove City, OH

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime as needed
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr and up, depending on experience

BelFlex Staffing Network is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Chassis Technician to coordinate suspension and chassis modifications for a leading vehicle upfitter in Grove City, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong career potential.

? Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Liquid Spring and Monroe Suspension programs

• Oversee and assist with chassis modification duties in collaboration with the Mounting Supervisor

• Support the welding certification program, including administering certification tests as needed

• Receive and inspect dealer-supplied chassis

• Handle key and vehicle assignments, and maintain accurate chassis control

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Maintain cooperative working relationships with internal teams

• Perform other duties as assigned

? Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Ohio driver’s license required

• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Comfortable using pneumatic and power tools (drills, screw guns, sanders, jigsaws, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical situations

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)

• Able to read and follow instructions, memos, and job specs

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Comfortable setting work priorities and functioning independently

? Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and walking

• Regularly lift and move up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to work with arms above head and use hand tools

• Vision requirements include close, peripheral, and depth perception

• Comfortable working in an active, shop-floor environment

? Required PPE:

• Steel Toe Boots (candidate provides)
