BelFlex Staffing Network is NOW hiring Electrical Assemblers for a growing client on the west side of Columbus! If you enjoy hands-on work, are detail-oriented, and like assembling things such as LEGO sets or models, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

? Position Details:

  • ? Location: West Side Columbus

  • ? Shift: 1st shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • ? Pay: $15.00/hour 

  • ? Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

? Job Summary:

As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll prepare components and build upon printed circuit boards (PCBs), performing both mechanical and electrical assembly. You’ll assemble products according to acceptance test procedures and routing operations, ensuring everything meets quality standards.

?? Required Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Basic computer skills

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to stand/walk for a 10-hour shift

  • English fluency (read, write, and speak)
