BelFlex is partner with a company in Cincinnati, OH looking to add a fulltime Office Coordinator to their team. 
 
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills. We are looking for a well presented and charismatic individual who employs a strong work ethic. For any guest that calls or walks into our space, the Office Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a great first impression and lasting relationship. 
 
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the Cincinnati Work Studio.  The Office Coordinator will greet all guests, create an inviting and organized workspace, maintain all supplies, and oversee general maintenance in the Work Studio.  This position will also assist with planning and hosting internal and external events. 

Monday- Friday 8a-5pm (Onsite)
Pay Range $22-$24 hourly

 
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Create an inviting, organized workspace:
    • Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.  This includes daily upkeep in the work studio, meeting rooms, and kitchen, and restocking the kitchen, bathroom, and office supplies.
    • Responsible for organizing all Work Studio incoming and outgoing mail/shipments.
    • Schedules and maintains Work Studio meetings rooms and calendar, including management of overlapping or conflicting reservations. 
  • Work Studio maintenance:
    • Serve as Work Studio liaison with onsite warehouse manager and facility vendors.   
    • Alert Operations department when Work Studio repairs are needed.
  • Maintain, track, and order Work studio supplies.
    • Monitor, order, and replenish office, bathroom, and kitchen supplies while looking for opportunities to create efficiency and maintain vendor contracts (e.g. coffee, food, etc.)
    • Order, track and maintain promotional items.
  • Planning and hosting Work Studio events:
    • Order décor, supplies, and catering for Work Studio meetings and events.     
    • Set up for events and/or schedule any labor required to prepare for the event.
    • Clean up after events to maintain organized workspace.
  • Manage vendor representative relationships: 
    • Manage and receive vendor owned samples.
    • Communicate with seller and Rep for drop offs and pick ups
    • Greet vendor representatives and receive samples.
    • Schedule time with representatives for product updates and/or presentations
  • Other duties as assigned, such as marketing admin tasks and coordination support with internal events 
 
Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Powerpoint
Experience with CRMs (but not required)
