Now Hiring: Cherry Picker Operator – 1st Shift | Riverport (Louisville, KY)

BelFlex Staffing is now hiring experienced Cherry Picker Operators for a reputable, climate-controlled facility in the Riverport area. We’re looking for candidates with reliable work history and a strong work ethic who are ready to join a long-term opportunity.

Shift & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)

  • Pay: $16.50/hr

  • Temp-to-Hire after 90 days with a pay increase

  • Climate-Controlled Facility

Position Summary:
Cherry Picker Operators are responsible for accurate picking and putaway of products. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months Cherry Picker experience (Reach Truck not required)

  • Solid work history with consistent employment

  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively (and up to 45 lbs occasionally)

  • Able to stand, walk, squat, and bend for 8–10 hours

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
