Front Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule deliveries to customer location
- Anticipate changes and make adjustments as needed
- Process invoicing and perform select accounts payable tasks
- Generate quality, compliance, and production reports
- Order and manage office, breakroom, and shop supplies
- Coordinate weekly HR check-ins
- Assist with event planning and holiday giveaways
- Maintain compliance documentation
- Schedule pilot cars
- Organize and maintain job boards
- Answer phones promptly
- Greet and assist walk-in guests
- Maintain filing and scheduling systems
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office administration preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Logistics scheduling a PLUS!
- Comfortable coordinating across departments and with external vendors.
