We specialize in reusable packaging, logistics, and cutting-edge technologies that enhance supply chain efficiency.

This role requires an expectation of travel ranging from 30% to 50% within North and South America. 

Salary – $100K-$120K

The ideal candidate is bilingual in both English and Spanish, bringing exceptional communication skills to manage relationships across regions effectively

Key Responsibilities:

General

  • Lead, motivate, and support outsourced partner teams in a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
  • Challenge current working practices and develop a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.

Inventory Control

  • Monitors material availability to support production and shipping plans.
  • Leads the cycle count program reporting results and following up on discrepancies.
  • Ensures FIFO is being implemented across all sites and ensures minimum SLOB levels.
  • Reports defective materials and follows up to disposition inventory correct issues.
  • Reports inventory metrics and continually works to achieve or exceed targets.

Production Control

  • Monitors forecasted demand and compares against production capacity. 
  • Ensures production schedules are in place with central planning to level load work cells while maintaining on-time shipments.
  • Reviews operations tickets and reports results and issues.
  • Ensures work orders’ status is reliable and up-to-date and customer orders ready-to-ship dates are accurate and reported in a timely manner.

Auditing and Training

  • Ensures adherence to WI’s and SOPs
  • Tracks new operator training and ensures Litmos and/or training plan is kept up to date
  • Audits incoming raw material inspections and outgoing finished goods inspections
  • Works with Quality to performs first article inspections as needed
  • Validates SCAR’s effectiveness and audits corresponding corrective actions
  • Ensures safety and 5S auditing is performed and reports results

Cost Control and Performance Monitoring

  • Reviews and pre-approves invoicing and monitors against targets
  • Propose and coordinates continuous improvement and cost cutting programs
  • Reports all operational metrics as required 

Supply Chain and Logistics (LATAM Region Only)

  • Ensures a robust supply chain is in place as well as contingency plans
  • Negotiates with suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Monitors and reports all intercompany logistics to ensure RM availability

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in operations management or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in operations management, supply chain, planning, distribution or related fields, with proven track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with responsibility for managing diverse teams, driving operational improvements, and delivering on strategic business objectives.
  • Knowledge in all or some of the following:
  • Inventory control and production planning
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • ISO 9001 standards and quality control processes
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills for managing operations and fostering relationships across divers teams and regions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments, influence stakeholders, and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
